The electrical control cabinet has a control panel in it.
There is a set of microcomputer control unit in the electrical control cabinet, which is used to control transistor amplifying plate and then control action of electromagnet and contactor.
The injection unit including die casitng chamber , piston , gooseneck , jet pipe etc ,
The gooseneck kettle is made of high quality corrosion-resistant material and its surface has been processed through special technique, so it is characteristic of excellent hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
The oil cylinders for tension are mounted on both sides of the injection bracket. Its piston rod is connected with the fixed platen. The oil cylinders for tension enable the die-casting moulds to connect closely to the nozzle. It can also push the die-closing unit backwards a long distance so as to remove the nozzle, heater and other parts easily. The complete injection unit is fixed on the machine base bracket.
The die casting machine adopts cooling system and central oil lubrication.
The lead hot chamber die casting machine is outfitted with a cooling water system, which mainly is used to cool the hydraulic oil and also cool the die-casting mould.
The lubrication interval of the lubrication system can be set in the human-machine interface.
