Q:for hot chamber die casting machine ,what the temperature is to melt zinc?
A: it will need the 420 ° to up to molten zinc .Generally ,if it is diesel furnace , and the machine work continuously ,the oil consume is 6kg to melt zinc .but when it keep warm ,the oil consumption will be less .
if it is internal electric furnace ,and the machine work continuously ,it will consume 27kw to melt zinc ;if it is external electric furnace ,and the machine work continuously ,it will consume 54 kw to melt zinc .
Also the consumption will depend on the size of the products .
Q: what things will we prepare before we use the die casting machine ?
A:you should prepare the electric ,water ,air bag, hydraulic oil and the melting furnace etc .
