Adjustment for injection cylinder
The eccentric adjustment of the injection cylinder of the machine is stepless adjustment, can be adapted to the requirements of a variety of molds.
Attention : when adjusting, don’t open the valve too large, make injection housing and cylinder
slow move is available.
Adjusting injection pressurizing
After injection piston movement, oil pressure in the injection chamber is increased, close the check
valve to make pressure of the pressurizing chamber increasing. Open the monomial sequence valve
DV3 to pressurize. The pressurizing force is stable. The machine has high injection speed and short
pressurizing time.
Hydraulic system---- Hydraulic system including many valves , they will control mould clamping ,mould opening ,injection etc action.
Electric system -----There are individual electric control box and button operating box in the injection fixed platen.
There are a dnockout core programme switch and die-mould thickness adjusting button, control button, power indicator, number knob control element, cooling time dial, pressurizing time dial, fast injection time dial, delay ejecting time dial, etc on the electric panel, they are time relay adjusting devices. The other control and optional switches are all on the operating box.
