Requirements for nitrogen pressure in die-casting machines

Jun 08, 2021

The advantages of the die-casting machine are simple production process and high efficiency; Less metal consumption and stable process. During die casting, the liquid metal is removed from the holding furnace and poured into the pressure chamber for die casting. Nitrogen is a gas. The nitrogen in the nitrogen cylinder is compressed during pressure building and filled with an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil to supply the demand for injection.

1. Within three days of the actual operation of the die-casting machine, be sure to pay attention to whether there is leakage of nitrogen to prevent the equipment from being damaged in the nitrogen cylinder during transportation.

2. After one week of actual operation, do an inspection. Since then, it has been checked every week for 2 months, and then every 2 months thereafter. In case of insufficient pressure, nitrogen should be added in time.

3. The method of checking the nitrogen pressure is as follows: stop business to rectify the motor, calibrate the emergency stop switch, unscrew the stop valve to relieve pressure, and observe the boost oil pressure pressure and the two-speed oil pressure. When the oil pressure drops to zero, then 2 Group of the accumulator nitrogen pressure values, each charge accumulator of the nitrogen pressure and fast shot accumulator of the nitrogen pressure. Each nitrogen pressure must meet the standard value of the equipment manual.
