This cold chamber die casting machine is widely used for mass production of foundry goods from nonferrous metals such as aluminum, zinc and copper in various industries.
This machine is controlled by computer program. The hydraulic drive adopts imported proportional control valve, designed to be crank expanding structure and 4-rod pilot elastic stress framework. Locking is tensile, faster and reliable. Hydraulic ejector is used for casting pieces. Two-phase injection is afforded up to more than 4m/s, and minimum boosting less than 20ms. Also the individual control of injection and pressure intensification is possible.

Clamping Unit
The clamping unit is used to provide clamping force to hold die casting machine or mould during injection process. The acceleration of force is usually driven by a hydraulic cylinder or servomotor through a toggle mechanism which acts as a magnifying device. The toggle purchase device has large force amplification factor. So only small driving oil cylinder and very simple hydraulic control, then achieve very fast, reliable die closing and opening and large rigidity of die lock.
Injection Unit
The injection structure adopts three grades injection system with two grades injection speed and one grade pressurizing, which meets requirement of die-casting technology. You can adjust start time of the quick injection to preset slow stroke distance.
Hydraulic control system unit
It provides moving forces for machine and receives the command from the electrical and electronic control system. It also provides hydraulic power to actuators of the machine. The units includes a hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve and actuators. All hydraulic direction control valves and pressure valves in machine are national standard valves, for convenient replacement.

A: Generally, 25T and 38T machine are better suitable for the general zipper. The larger tonnage machine could also make them, but the smaller one such as 25T, 38T and 50T machine, are more efficient for production.

A: Small tonnage is around 300-400 mode per hour，and larger tonnage 200-300 mode per hour.
