the nitrogen bottle of cold chamber die casting machine is piston ,When the speed of injection is increasing ,the nitrogen bottle (accumulator )will provide the press to boost the speed .And please kindly note Charge nitrogen gas to cylinder of the charger, with charging pressure of 9.5~10MPa.
Please pay attention when charging: only nitrogen is permitted, no other gas. Otherwise we will out of guaranty for the machine.
the hydraulic pump of cold chamber die casting machine is high and low(double press) pump and the opening and closing mould will be controlled by high and low pressure .Pls see the photo of left one .
