6. Pay attention to safety. It is necessary for the operator to wear protective equipment and must not stand on the surface of the die-casting type to prevent aluminum water from splashing and burn accidents.
7. It is often inquired whether various surface readings meet the requirements of the process, whether the movement of the equipment is normal, and whether it is necessary to move the total cutting wheel of the plate cooling chamber die casting machine immediately, close the storage cylinder to cut or stop the pump to check, if necessary, tell the repair personnel to repair.
8. After operation, Park according to the following times: When the equipment die casting machine is in a pressure relief condition, turn off the pump and Park, block the power supply, and close the die casting machine cutting and storage cylinder logging.
9. After the equipment is finished, the sports part of the equipment must be coated with a thin layer of mechanical oil.
