This machine is a fully automatic (programmed) hot-chamber die-casting machine .The machine is generally applied to die-casting of the zinc alloy parts, as well as for die-casting of other parts with low melting point.
J2118A 180T hot chamber die casting machine is equipped with electronics and hydraulic pressed parts of high grade. The machine is controlled by program which is stable and reliable.
This machine has been designed in accordance with Chinese national standard of JB/T8083-2000 Die casting machines—Basic parameters). Its technical performance complies with JB/T 6309.3-2005 (Hotchamber diecasting machine Part 3: Technical requirements) and JB 6309.2-2005 (Hot-chamber diecasting machine Part 2: Testing of the accuracy). It meets related requirements of GB 20906-2007 standard (Safety requirements for high pressure metal diecasting units) in safety and of GB 5226.1-2002/IEC60204-1:2000 (Safety of machinery—Electrical equipment of machines—Part 1: General requirements).
