The working principle of this cold chamber die casting machine is as above picture:
After the die-casting mold is clamped, the molten metal 3 is poured into the charging cylinder 2. The injection punch is advanced, and the molten metal is pressed into the cavity 6 through the runner 7, and solidified by cooling. When the mold is opened, the injection punch advances the handle, the ejector cylinder pushes out the casting, and the punch is reset, which completes a die casting cycle.
