Main use purposes and characteristics
This machine is one kind of full-automatic (programmed control) hot chamber die-casting machine, (hereafter referred to as hot-chamber die casting machine for short), commonly used to cast zinc alloy accessories and other accessories with low melting point.
The die-closing unit of the machine adopts the double-toggle connecting rod expanding-force unit, ensuring a prompt die-opening and die-closing action and an excellent die-closing precision and stability. The thickness of the die-casting moulds is adjustable. At the same time, the machine uses the oil motor driven wheel transmission unit with special emphasis on ease of operation and ensuring an accurate depth of parallelism between the moving platen and the fixed platen.
The injection nozzle of this machine is equipped with a “disconnecting” device, which can disconnect the sprue bush of the fixed die-casting mould from the nozzle when die opening. Operation stability can be ensured through adopting this device and precision of casting also can be improved correspondingly.
The automatic working cycle of the machine is as follows: die closing →nozzle on → injection → injection delay →injection return →nozzle off →cooling delay → die opening → ejection forward→ ejection backward →push off →push off back→ detect casting → spraying the die casting mould →die closing →…….
