Mould adjustment---For die-casting moulds with different thickness, their mould board distance can be adjusted through die opening and closing. In order to install some die, one of the upper tie bars can be removed.
There is an adjustable slide block under the moving platen and on the guide railway. So movement precision is very high. Accumulator and a quick valve are on the housing.
Charge nitrogen gas to cylinder of the charger, with charging pressure of 9.5~10MPa.
Please pay attention when charging: only nitrogen is permitted, no other gas. Otherwise we will out of guaranty for the machine.
Electric operating system
The whole machine is controlled by PLC with display screen .
There are individual electric control box and button operating box in the injection fixed platen. There area dnockout core programme switch and die-mould thickness adjusting button, control button, ower
indicator, number knob control element, cooling time dial, pressurizing time dial, fast injection time dial,delay ejecting time dial, etc on the electric panel, they are time relay adjusting devices. The other controland optional switches are all on the operating box.
