Die closing unit ----Die closing unit consists of crank mechanism, with which you can achieve enlarged force from oil cylinder to make it smoothly running and reliable locking.
Injection unit----The injection structure is designed to be two stage injection system: slow injection and fast injection. The stroke of slow injection can be adjusted by time electric relay.
Hydraulic circuit---- In hydraulic circuit, there is an unloading relief valve used for keeping working pressure at 7MPa. There are two accumulators in hydraulic circuit for stabilizing pressure and achieving high speed of die opening and closing.
Electric circuit----When die casting machine is selecting the automatic cycle operation, the operating cycle of the machine as follows: die-closing——injection——injection delay——die-opening——injection return
