This machine is widely used for mass production of foundry goods made of nonferrous metal, such as aluminum, zinc and copper. It can be applied in industries of automobiles, motorcycles, meters and instruments, hardware and military supplies.
Electric controlled, hydraulic driven locking is tensile and safe to operate; 2-step injection system of fast and slow speed can be separately adjusted; also two kinds of driving modes as manual and semi-auto are flexible to use.
Though small size pressure die casting machine, but it is suitable for making small sized Aluminum, zinc and copper alloy parts.

PLC is Mitsubishi Japan and the standard machine has Chinese and English language, but if you need other languages, we can customize according to your request.
The hydraulic syetem: hydraulic friver gear die regulating device; rapid hydraulic ejecting device and core puller.
Injection cylinder: 2 stages Injection controls with piston type accumulator and high flow cartridge valve achieves high speed operation & stable injection. All hot parts are made of high-quality steel to ensure stable operation in environment of high temperature, pressure and speed.
The other parts: automatic lubrication device，accumulator, press, motor cooling oil device.
