The machine is suitable for die casting of non-ferrous metal with low melting point, such as Zn, Pb and its alloy. It is widely applied for die casting of fittings of automobile and motorcycle, and parts for instrument and meter, and household appliance hardware of daily necessities.
There are three kinds of driving modes as manual, single circulation and automatic circulating. The operator could manage several machines simultaneously under automatic mode.
The machine is in high effective with period of 3 seconds, which could send up 600g zinc alloy per cycle.
The machine is equipped with electronics and hydraulic processed parts of high grade and controlled by program which is stable and reliable.

The Die-closing unit---The clamping unit is used to provide clamping force to hold the die casting machine or mould during injection process .The acceleration of the force is usually driven by a hydraulic cylinder or servomotor through a toggle mechanism which acts as a maganifying device.
The injection unit-----The injection unit of automatic hot chamber die casting machine is the devise used to push the materials into the mould.It is usually driven by hydraulic power.Accumulators are used to increase the speed of the injection of the die casting machine.
The hydraulic system of the machine adopts pressure double-scale system so that can be adjusted at discretion. This die casting machine is equipped with high quality electronic and hydraulic parts, ensuring a reliable and safe whole-machine performance.

Generally, spray the die-casting mould every two die-casting operations. The spraying interval can be set in the human-computer dialog box according to users’ requirement.
