This cold chamber die casting machine is widely used for mass production of foundry goods from nonferrous metals, such as aluminum, zinc and copper. It can be applied in various industries. 

This machine is designed to be computer-programmed control. Also, trouble location and adjustment of machine can be remote controlled via communication net. Hydraulic drive adopts imported proportional control valve to ensure stable quality. Crank expanding structure and 4-rod pilot elastic stress framework locking is tensile, faster, reliable and equipped with security mechanism. The high precision electrical machinery device can adjust the die height. Four-phase injection is afforded for fast injection speed, up to more than 6m/s, and minimum boosting time less than 20ms. Besides, individual control of injection and pressure intensification is possible.

The basic structure of machine comprises die closing system, injection system, hydraulic system and electrical system. The whole is machine formed by two parts, die closing part and injection part. They are connected by four tie bars and three injection stay bars, which is placed on the seat. The injection support and first platen are pressed by hold-down plate to fix two parts on the frame.

The die closing system adopts longitudinal symmetry oblique joint-double & five-hinge toggle die closing unit with large force amplification. Its kinetic characteristic is natural and meets requirement of die-casting process. The speed of die open and close is fast, but die closing is reliable, impact force is small, and hydraulic control is simple and reliable.

The hydraulic components in hydraulic system are famous imported products to guarantee reliability of machine. A double-proportion valve controls the pressure flow, which achieves digital intelligent adjustment to minimize pump flow and pressure loss for energy-saving and noise reducing function.

The electrical system adopts imported whole computer (customizable PLC) control system and multiple CPU division processing system. It has high stability and response speed. Using color LCD man-machine interface, it is perceivable and easy to operate.
