YSC38 38T Aluminum Alloy Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine
The Major operation units of a general die casting machine are clamping unit, injection system, hydraulic control unit and electrical and electronic control system unit.
The clamping unit is used to provide clamping force to hold die casting mahcine or mould during injection process. The accelereation of force is usually driven by a hydraulic cylinder or servomotor through a toggle mechanism which acts as a magnifying device.
The injection unit of this cold chamber die casting machine is the divice used to push material into mould. It is usually driven by hydraulic power. Accumulators are used to increase the injection speed of die casting machine.
The hydraulic control system unit provides moving forces for machine and receives the command from electronic control system. It also provides hydraulic power to actuators of machine. The unit includes a hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve and actuators.
The electrical and electronic control system is the instruction system to control machine. It usually consists of a processor, input/output device and a human interface device. The operator enters the required parameters through human interface device. After that, the processor will follow the preset program to provide corresponding instructions to machine.
