Cold chamber die casting process technology and principle
The die casting tecnology is a process of organically combining the three major elements of die casting machine, die casting mold, and alloy and comprehensively using them.
For cold chamber die casting machine, the metal liquid is poured into the pressure chamber by manual or automatic pouring equipment, and then the injection plunger is advanced to press the metal into cavity. After the molten metal solidifies, the die-casting mold is opened, and the casting is taken out to complete a die-casting cycle.

Model YSC38 horizontal cold chamber die-casting machine is one of series of products, ministry approved. It may be used for casting of nonferrous metal, as of Al. Zn. Cu.…, and its alloy. It is an ideal equipment for casting small sized parts fine and compact, with capability of 700~900 pieces in eight-hour shift.
Injection unit
Injection unit has two-stage of speed.
Hydraulic circuit
In hydraulic circuit system, pressure is 8.5 Mpa. This pressure is discharge by valve PV1.
Lubricant system
The machine adopts central oil lubrication, so lubricant must be clean. The lubrication interval of the lubrication system can be set in human-machine interface.
Cooling system
This machine has been equipped with the cooling water system which consists of cooler and water pipe. And the cooling water system will be used mainly by hydraulic oil cooling, the supply water must be the clean and neat tap water or fresh water.

Q: What temperature does the cold chamber die casting machine operate?
A: Please kindly note the oil temperature can not exceed 55 °, for material temperature, the aluminum alloy is about 700 °, zinc alloy is 420 °, and brass is about 950 °.
