The basic structure of machine comprises the die closing system, injection system, hydraulic system and electrical system.
The die closing system adopts longitudinal symmetry oblique joint-double five-hinge toggle die closing unit with large force amplification. Its kinetic characteristic is natural and meets requirement of die-casting process. The speed of die open and close is fast, die closing is reliable, impact force is small, and hydraulic control is simple and reliable.
The injection support forms a guide rail with the guide hold-down plate, so the injection parts can move up and down on the rail to change the center. There are three adjustable positions, 0, 70 and 140 to meet requirement of eccentric die casting. The machine adopts a three-stage injection hydraulic system.
The hydraulic components in hydraulic system are famous imported products to guarantee reliability of machine. A double proportion valve controls system pressure flow, which has digitalization pressure flow adjustment, meets working requirement intelligently to minimize pump flow and pressure loss to save energy and reduce noise.
The electrical system adopts the imported whole computer (customizable PLC) control system and multiple CPU division processing system. It has high stability and response speed.
