The Clamping Unit ----The clamping unit is used to provide clamping force to hold the die casting machine or mould during injection process. The acceleration of the force is usually driven by a hydraulic cylinder or servomotor through a toggle mechanism which acts as a maganifying device.
The adjustment device for thickness of die-casting mould is installed on the bed plate of die-closing cylinder. With this unit, it is easy to adjust the thickness of die-casting mould and ensures an accurate depth of parallelism between the moving platen and the fixed platen.

The injection unit-----The injection unit of die casting machine is the devise used to push materials into the mould. It is usually driven by hydraulic power. Accumulators are used to increase the speed of the injection of die casting machine. The injection system is adopted accumulator, so as to ensure the stability of the injection force.

We have four kinds of meting furnace: oil melting furnace, internal heating electric furnace, external heating electric furnace and gas furnace. You can choose the most suitable furnace.
The melting furnace can be used to preserve heat and melt zinc alloy metal. You can control the temperature of the zinc alloy metal in the crucible automatically by using thermocouple and temperature automatic regulation meter.
