1. Asynchronous servo energy-saving technology adopts asynchronous motor + asynchronous servo control scheme. Due to the excitation current and current mutual inductance during the operation of asynchronous motor, the software control is very difficult. The response speed of ordinary asynchronous servo will not keep up with the process requirements. The phenomenon that affects the beat is obvious.

2. The synchronous servo energy-saving technology uses synchronous motor + synchronous servo. Since there is only one inverter current during the operation of the synchronous motor, the control is relatively easy, and the response speed usually changes. However, in the process environment where the temperature of the hot chamber die-casting machine is high and the cycle time is fast, the motor demagnetizes not only the energy saving effect but also the mold clamping force. If you use a large excess of synchronous motor configuration, it can be used for a long time, but it will cause the price of the energy-saving system to be very high.

For domestic die casting machines, the load rate of small machines usually reaches 60% to 100%, which is higher than the load rate of 50% to 70% of large die casting machines.
