Model J113B horizontal cold chamber die-casting machine is one of series of products approved by ministry. It may be used for casting of nonferrous metal, as of Al. Zn. Cu.…, and its alloy. It applies widely in industrial making, as of household appliance, communication, meter, car, aviation making.
The press consists of case, die closing, injection, hydraulic circuit, electric circuit units. The machine uses electrical and hydraulic joint control. Operation may be manual or auto. In the condition of manual, every one of operations may be done individually. It is suitable for adjusting die moulding height. In the condition of auto, according to the pre-programming, one cycle of operation may be finished automatically, only after the buttons of “die closing” and “injection” get pressed. It is easy to operate, reliable and safe.
The die closing unit is a crank mechanism having advantages of energy saving, steady running, rigid lock, conforming with demand of die closing of press. Injection unit being made of two stages pressure built up unit, having good stability, control by hydraulic accumulator.
The electrical system of the machine is equipped with an emergency stop button and safety interlocking line between processes, to ensure that machine automatically completes the operation of process in accordance with the provisions of the program.

Q: What is the difference between aluminum and brass machine？
A: They are same machine, but different moulds and furnace. If you want machine driven by electric, we recommend general type of electric furnace for aluminum die casting machine and high frequency brass electric furnace for brass die casting machine. If you want machine driven by natural gas, then you only need to choose different moulds for aluminum or brass machine.
