With the surge in the demand for die-casting workpieces, die-casting machines need to operate for a long time. We find that no matter whether you are a beginner or a veteran, you will often encounter some problems when using this industrial equipment for die casting. Among them, the hammer getting stuck is a common fault that is often encountered. How to prevent the hammer from getting stuck?

 

In order to prevent the hammer from getting stuck during the die casting process, we can start from the following two points:
1. When die casting workpieces, you can often check the temperature of the industrial equipment, especially the temperature of the hammer and the sleeve. Once it is found that the temperature is too high, you must take certain effective measures to reduce the temperature, because once the temperature of the hammer and the sleeve exceeds the effective range, the hammer is very likely to get stuck.
2. When die casting workpieces, pay attention to selecting high-quality die-casting alloy products, do not let residues penetrate into the raw materials, and when die casting, be careful not to let the residues penetrate into the processing position to prevent the residues from adhering to the hammer and causing the hammer to get stuck.

 

In order to ensure that the die-casting machine can work normally and stably, it is also necessary to pay attention to the following during the operation process:

1. When die-casting hot molds, you can first use liquid aluminum alloy to die-cast hot molds at a lower speed for 5-10 molds, and then you can die-cast with normal semi-solid aluminum alloy and semi-solid die-casting. The purpose of doing so is to protect the mold and prevent flying materials from occurring during the die-casting process.

2. In order to prevent the signal RF connector and the transfer relay from being affected during the operation process, resulting in signal errors and accidents, you must pay attention to the status of the signal RF connector and the transfer relay. When the operation is completed, be sure to turn off the main power switch and disconnect the power supply.

 

According to the cause of the hammer jam during the die-casting process of the die-casting machine, appropriate prevention is carried out. It is hoped that the operator will pay attention to it several times in the die-casting processing room to increase the service life of the die-casting machine.
