Due to the high speed, high clamping force, and frequent operation of the die-casting machine, the components of the column frame may become loose, resulting in a gradual decrease in assembly accuracy and failure to meet the machine's operating requirements. Adjust and tighten the column frame components every six months to prevent loosening.
1. Adjust the parallelism of the dynamic setter plate's working surface.
The parallelism of the dynamic setter plate's working surface is a key technical indicator of die-casting machine performance. Excessive parallelism errors will seriously affect the machine's proper operation and product quality, potentially resulting in fly slag, large product flash, and even breakage of the coring column due to uneven force applied to the coring column.
2. Adjust the center plate's sliding feet.
The center plate's sliding feet are designed to allow part of the center plate's weight to be supported on the steel strip, reducing the weight of the center plate on the coring column. This reduces wear on the center plate's copper and coring column, extending their service life. The center plate slides should be adjusted appropriately. If they are too loose, they lose their proper function. If they are too tight, frictional resistance will increase significantly, seriously affecting mold opening and closing movements.
3. Regularly tighten the ejector cylinder connecting screws. The ejector cylinder operates frequently, especially when the operating pressure is set too high. The mounting screws may loosen. Regular inspection is required, and any looseness should be tightened promptly.
