The first is to improve the lubrication of each moving pair of the column frame part, so that the surface of the moving pair is in a good lubrication state, and the second is to adjust the column frame part regularly and prevent it from loosening. Generally speaking, there are several aspects:
1. Lubrication of the machine hinge
When the machine hinge is lubricated, 30# or 68# lubricating oil can be used. Before starting, it is necessary to check whether the oil controller of the lubrication system is normal. The key is to check whether each pipeline is unobstructed, and the amount of lubricating oil added should be controlled well.
2. Lubrication of plate steel and tailgate
When lubricating plate steel and tailgate, you can choose unsalted butter or lubricating oil for centralized lubrication. Lubricating oil is added once a month to ensure that it is fully lubricated, so as to avoid direct contact between the surfaces of the moving parts and produce dry friction, thereby effectively extending the service life of the moving parts and maintaining the precision of the movement.
3. Lubrication of mold adjustment equipment
The mold adjustment equipment is generally lubricated once every three months. Before adding lubricating oil, the surface and surface of the relevant moving parts must be wiped clean, and then the surface of each component is evenly rubbed with lubricating oil.
4. Lubrication of sliding feet and thick steel plates
The sliding feet and thick steel plates should be lubricated with lubricating oil or unsalted butter. Before adding lubricating oil, the sliding feet must be disassembled and the dust and dirt on the surface of the thick steel plate must be wiped off before installation.
