J214 50Ton hot chamber die casting machine is a fully automatic (programmed) hot-chamber die-casting machine (hereinafter referred to as hot-chamber die-casting machine), is generally applied to die-casting of zinc alloy parts, as well as for die-casting of other parts with low melting point.
The machine is controlled by industrial level microcomputer. The die casting process parameters can be set up through person-machine interface. And imported proportional overflow valve ensures easy operation of parameter and program setup. The injection system uses large-caliber logic, ensuring die-casting parts of high quality.
The machine is equipped with imported electronic and hydraulic parts. Imported components are used for hydraulic units including YUKen(Japan), Rexroth(Germany) and Vickers(USA) to achieve the stability of hydraulic system, ensuring a reliable and safe whole-machine performance. It is an advanced type of die casting machine within our country at present.
Also, it adopts automatic concentrated lubrication system, directly sets lubrication for times of machine operation and improves service life of machine.
