This hot chamber die casting machine is a fully automatic (programmed) hot chamber die casting machine, generally suitable for die-casting zinc alloy parts, and can also die casting other low melting point castings.
The clamping device of the machine adopts the double-bend elbow rod expanding mechanism, the opening and closing mold moves quickly and the precision of the clamping mold is good, the thickness of the mold is adjusted, and the use of the oil motor to drive the wheel transmission device to make the operation simple,and ensures the accuracy of the parallelism between the moving platen and the fixed platen.
The injection nozzle of the machine is provided with a "disengagement" mechanism, which enables the fixed mold sprue sleeve and the nozzle to be disengaged when the mold is opened. This device can ensure the stability of work and can relatively improve the precision of the casting.
An accumulator for the injection device is used for injection, thus ensuring the stability of the injection force.
