Attentions
1.The surface of foundation should be even and smooth, measured with level when installation . Screw down bolts after the concrete is hard.
2.The cable should leave far away to the melting furnace in order to avoid burning by melt metal. It should be laid in cable trench.
3.We recommend No. 46 or No. 68 wear resistant hydraulic oil flame . Please do not use ordinary hydraulic oil for risk of burning.
4.Please pay attention when charging: only nitrogen is permitted, no other gas. Otherwise we will out of guaranty for the machine.
5.The die-casting machine should adopt water-solubility lubricants. If choosing oleaginous lubricant, you should pay attention to fire risk. This machine uses water-solubility lubricants.
6.Especially the position switch of the safe door. Repair or replace it in time if there is loose or bad contacting.
7.Release all nitrogen gas of charger before repair and maintenance. Or it will be very dangerous.
8.Relief stored pressure in the charger when repairing and maintaining the hydraulic system to avoid people injury.
9.You should Check some important parts regularly, repare it if something is wrong .
10. Carry out regular inspection, repair and maintenance, test (once per shift normally) to the safe guard devices. After repair the safe guard devices, check mechanical, electric and oil circuit thoroughly. Open and close the safe doors for several times to check the position switches.
