The injection system -----the injection structure adopts three grades injection system with two grades injection speed and one grade pressurizing which can meet requirement of die-casting technology.
The injection chamber is made from good quality mould steel, after heat treatment. It has rather high rigidity and wearable.
The hydraulic system------The oil pump feeding system use twin vane pump to feed pressure to the system which can meet requirement of machine running speed, reasonable pressure distribution, and saving hydraulic driving consumption. This machine adopts automatic oil lubrication and automatic cooling system for hydraulic .
Electric operating system------The whole machine is controlled by electric system. Choose automatic Cycle working procedure normally; during debugging manual operation can be chosen. Through “Manual” and “Automatic” switch to change the two operation system, viz. the working switch in the electric drawing.
