The Clamping Unit ----The clamping unit is used to provide clamping force to hold the die casting machine or mould during injection process. The acceleration of the force is usually driven by a hydraulic cylinder or servomotor through a toggle mechanism which acts as a maganifying device.
The adjustment device for thickness of die-casting mould is installed on the bed plate of die-closing cylinder. With this unit, it is easy to adjust the thickness of die-casting mould and ensures an accurate depth of parallelism between the moving platen and the fixed platen.

The injection unit-----The injection unit of die casting machine is the devise used to push materials into the mould. It is usually driven by hydraulic power.
