The consist of hot chamber die casting machine
The main composition of hot chamber die casting machine concludes die closing unit, injection unit, the ejection unit, the push off unit, the detect unit and the spraying unit.
Die closing unit
The main consist of die closing unit includes moving platen, fixed platen, oil cylinder and four tie bars etc. The process of die opening and die closing through moving back and forth of moving platen. The action of moving platen is performed by using oil cylinder to drive the crankshaft mechanism.
Injection unit
The main consist of injection unit includes injection bracket, injection oil cylinder, hydraulic cylinder, injection rod, injection plunger, plunger rings, injection chamber and spray nozzle.
The working characteristics of injection unit is: the injection chamber and piston/injection plunger are immersed into molten metal after die closing. The middle of gooseneck is equipped with steel jacket. A jet pipe is mounted on the mouth of the goose neck. The nozzle at the front of jet pipe is connected to the fixed platen tightly. Molten metal is injected from gooseneck to the die casting mould by vertically moving of the piston/injection plunger. When the injection plunger returns, the molten metal will return into the gooseneck automatically.
The hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of machine adopts pressure double-scale system so that can be adjusted at discretion. The ejecting system uses large-caliber logic and cantilever beam-type oil-way, which ensures high ejecting speed.
