A Promising Visit: Russian Clients Explore Collaboration Opportunities
Last week, our factory had the pleasure of hosting two esteemed clients from Russia who were keen to explore the potential of our machines for their medal production business. Their visit was not only productive but also highlighted the growing reputation of our equipment in the international market. What made their trip even more remarkable was the fact that, just days before visiting us, they had seen our machines in action at another factory-one of their visiting places, the factory was exactly using our machines to produce high-quality medals. This coincidence further reinforced their confidence in our products and set the stage for a highly engaging and fruitful discussion.
A Detailed Factory Tour and Machine Demonstration
Upon their arrival, the clients were given a comprehensive tour of our production facility. Their primary focus was on our 66T and 88T hot chamber die-casting machines, which are particularly well-suited for manufacturing medals with intricate designs. As they examined the machines closely, our engineers provided detailed explanations of their structural advantages, operational efficiency, and customization capabilities.
The clients asked the specific brand name of components in PLC and were especially impressed by good quality of our machines. They noted how smoothly the equipment handled different metal alloys, ensuring consistent quality in each medal produced. Additionally, they appreciated the user-friendly interface and low maintenance requirements, which are crucial factors for their business as they plan to operate the machines themselves.
Discovering Our Machines in a Real-World Setting
Interestingly, before coming to our factory, the clients had visited another medal manufacturer who happened to be using our machines. Seeing our equipment in action at a real production site gave them a practical understanding of its performance and durability. They were able to speak directly with the operators, who shared positive feedback about the machines' reliability and long-term cost efficiency.
This firsthand experience played a significant role in shaping their perception of our brand. Instead of relying solely on brochures or sales pitches, they had already witnessed the real-world application and benefits of our technology. This validation from an existing user strengthened their trust in our products and accelerated their decision-making process.
In-Depth Technical Discussions
Following the factory tour, the clients engaged in an extensive technical discussion with our engineering team. They had several specific questions regarding:
- Machine Specifications – They wanted to understand the differences between the 66T and 88T models, including their respective tonnage, injection pressure, and energy consumption. Our engineers highlighted that the 88T model offers higher precision for more complex designs, while the 66T is ideal for medium-sized production runs with excellent efficiency.
- Production Efficiency – The clients were particularly interested in cycle times, output capacity, and automation options. We explained how our machines could be integrated with robotic arms for fully automated production, significantly reducing labor costs and increasing consistency. Also, they prefer to equip servo motor for machines to make them more stable and energy saving.
- Mold Design and Customization – Since they plan to produce a wide variety of medal designs, on that meeting day we also invited one mold master cooperating with us over 30 years. The customers expressed their thought of making many inserts for molds so they can replace mold core only to save production cost and time.
- After-Sales Support and Training – Understanding that they are new to operating such machinery, they inquired about installation, training, and maintenance services. We outlined our comprehensive support package, which includes on-site setup, operator training, and 24/7 technical assistance. They are glad that we can even send engineers to their factory for machine training in person.
A Strong Foundation for Future Collaboration
By the end of the meeting, the clients expressed great satisfaction with what they had seen and learned. They had plans for visiting more factories and see more machines to make comparison. However, they said they liked our machines very much.
We look forward to welcoming them back soon and witnessing the incredible medals they will produce with our machines!
