Another set of 25T Hot Chamber Die Casting Machine to Bosnia and Herzegovina
Last Saturday, we successfully loaded a 25T hot chamber die casting machine into a shipping container, destined for our client in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). This shipment, originally scheduled for late July, faced delays due to disruptions caused by a typhoon. Despite the challenges, our dedicated workshop team worked overtime on a sweltering August morning to ensure the machine was securely packed and dispatched on time.
Background of the Project
The 25T hot chamber die casting machine is a high-precision equipment designed for zinc, magnesium, and lead alloy casting, widely used in automotive, electronics, and hardware industries. Our client in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a growing manufacturer in the region, selected our machine after thorough evaluations, recognizing its efficiency, durability, and advanced control system.
This order represents our first business collaboration with a Bosnian company, making it a crucial step in expanding our market presence in Southeast Europe. Ensuring timely delivery was essential to building trust and setting the foundation for long-term cooperation.
Challenges Faced: Typhoon Delay & High-Temperature Work
Initially, the shipment was planned for end of July. However, an unexpected typhoon disrupted shipping schedules, causing port congestion and vessel delays. As a result, the loading date was postponed two weeks around-a period of intense summer heat in our region. To meet the revised schedule, our production and logistics teams had to act swiftly. Given the scorching August temperatures, the team started work at dawn to minimize heat exposure and ensure safety.
