2. Mold size
The mold needs to be placed inside the die casting equipment. Therefore, the die casting equipment should be able to place the mold into the mold. The size of the mold must be calculated carefully. It cannot be too large or too small. If it is too small, it will affect the quality of the die casting. If it is too large, it cannot be placed into the equipment.
3. Easy demoulding
The processed zinc alloy die castings are located in the mold, so the position of the gate is very important. Since the opening distance of the mold is limited, it is necessary to consider the later release problem. When designing the mold, it is necessary to consider that the opening distance of the mold should be reasonable, and it is also necessary to consider the release agent.
