1. Standard heat treatment process:

It is necessary to ensure the strength, hardness and dimensional stability of the equipment, the thermal fatigue resistance and the cutting performance of the material.

2, reasonable mold design

The components of the mold need to have sufficient strength, stiffness, and deformation without pressure. The gating system needs to reduce the impact on the core and the erosion: the correct fit of the Ge component and the roughness of the surface are required, and the thermal balance of the mold needs to be maintained.

3, die casting production control

It is necessary to control the preheating temperature of the mold and the working temperature; strictly control the alloy melting to reduce the gas in the molten metal.

4, good casting structure

The inner wall of the casting can uniformly avoid the generation of heat knots, and can also reduce the thermal fatigue caused by the local heat concentration of the mold, and the casting corners of the castings need to have appropriate casting fillets.

Maintenance method of hydraulic system of hot chamber die casting machine:

1. It is not allowed to use deteriorating, thickening and hydraulic oil with sediment when working. When replacing hydraulic oil, it is necessary to discharge the old hydraulic oil and then add new hydraulic oil;

2. The new equipment needs to be replaced once every 500 hours of operation, and it will be replaced every 2,000 hours. When the replacement is made, the filter element will be cleaned together;

3. Because there may be residual pressure inside, so when you disassemble any high-pressure components, such as hydraulic valves, oil pipes, etc., you need to pay attention to it. When loosening the screws, loosen them slowly;

4. After the residual pressure is discharged, the screw can be loosened. The fittings of the oil pipe joint and the oil valve should be inspected every six months. If there is looseness, it should be tightened in time to prevent leakage and air ingress.
