1) Turn the “manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic” selection button to “Full Auto” gear, “Safety Door Switch” to “Close Manual” gear, pressure, time dialing to adjust, fixed mouth, off mouth selection Turn the knob to the desired gear. When using the robot and spray, turn the punch selector switch and spray selector switch to ON, and turn the mold opening speed selector switch to the normal speed gear.
2) Close the safety door and the machine will work according to the automatic die casting cycle.
3) When the casting product falls behind, the electric eye senses the count, and the machine enters the next cycle. Note: If the machine is fully automatic, the operator should open a drop door when moving to the blanking action. After the induction sensor is sensed, the machine enters the next cycle. If there is no induction signal, the machine will stop moving and alert the operator.
