The Hot Chamber Die Casting Machine Working Steps Below:
(1) The machine head plate and the mold sprue sleeve are in close contact with the nozzle (some machines do not have this program);
(2) closing the mold;
(3) When the injection punch is in the special position , the molten metal enters the space in the pouring pot from the side opening, and after flowing, the liquid level in the gooseneck passage is level with the liquid level in the furnace.
(4) The injection punch moves downward at a slower injection speed to seal the side hole;
(5) The injection punch pushes the molten metal at a high speed, passes through the gooseneck passage , the nozzle ,the sprue of the mold, the flow divider , fills the mold cavity from the inner gate , and then solidifies Die casting ;
(6) The injection punch is lifted, and the metal liquid in the nozzle and the gooseneck passage is returned to the pouring pot;
(7) Open the mold, the die casting and the gate remain on the movable mold. Then the top and exit the die casting;
(8) The machine head plate and the mold sprue cover leave the nozzle (some machines do not have this procedure, and at this point, a die-casting cycle is completed.
