Details of J213E Hot Chamber Zinc Die Casting Machine
Hot chamber die casting, sometimes referred to as gooseneck die casting, which is a molten, liquid, semi-liquid metal in a metal pool that fills the mold under pressure. At the beginning of the cycle, the piston of machine is in a contracted state, at which point the molten metal can fill the neck of the goose. The air pressure or hydraulic piston squeezes the metal to make it fill into the mold.

Oil hydralic system adopts proportional controlled system pressure and flow, which achieves multi-stage pressure & speed control, and low pressure die clamping function. The high-low double pump or single pump with low noise saves energy and improves production efficiency.
INJECTION UNIT
Two stages injection controls with piston type accumulator and high flow cartridge valve achieves high speed operation & stable injection. All hot parts are made of high-quality steel to ensure stable operation in the environment of high temperature, high pressure and high speed.
