It is a middle size horizontal cold chamber die-casting machine, which can die-cast middle size non-ferrous metal cast, such as aluminum, zinc and cooper alloy, etc. The machine is a new developed all-purpose die-casting machine with good performance, reliable use, convenient maintenance and huge producing efficiency.
The machine is componented with four systems :the clamping system,the injection system,the hydraulic system and the electrical and electronic control system.
The details of J118A
The clamping system ---The claming unit is used to provide claming force to hold the die casting machine or mould during injection process.It is formed by mould board and tie bar on a case type bracket, the machine housing is the oil tank. The injection bracket can be adjusted stepless eccentricity in guide rail groove by up and down, so it can apply all kinds of die-casting moulds.
The injection system---The injection unit of die casting machine is the devise used to push the materials into the mould.There are injection cylinder and pressurizing cylinder. the injection structure adopts three grades injection system with two grades injection speed and one grade pressurizing which can meet requirement of die-casting technology. Through adjusting start time of the quick injection to preset slow stroke distance.
The injection chamber is made from good quality mould steel, after heat treatment. It has rather high rigidity and wearable.
The hydraulic system---The hydraulic driving system of the machine is open type, which is formed by oil tank, oil filter, oil pump feeding system, driving cylinder (cylinders of die closing, injection, pressurizing, ejecting and dnockout core, etc.), all flow, pressure and direction control valves, accumulator, cooler and hydraulic pipeline, etc.
The hydraulic system of the machine adopts pressure double-scale system so that can be adjusted at discretion.
Electric operating system ---This system is the instruction system for the control of the machine .It usually consists of a processor ,input /output device and a human interface device.Its main voltage: AC 220V±10%, frequency 50Hz;Working environment: temperature 0~55℃, humidity 35~85%RH, no corrosive gas;
