Introduction of J118A aluminum die casting machine main system
Electric operating system----The whole machine is controlled by electric system. Power supply of the machine is AC 380V, 60Hz, control loop is 220VAC, valve solenoid is 24VDC, and indicator is 6VDC low voltage.
The hydraulic system----the hydraulic system of the die casting machine including many parts such as cylinders of die closing, injection, pressurizing, ejecting and dnockout core, all flow, pressure and direction control valves, accumulator, cooler and hydraulic pipeline, etc. All hydraulic direction control valves and pressure valves in the machine are national standard valves, for convenient replacement.
Release storage pressure in the charger before maintenance the injection pressurizing cylinder. There is a dedicated releasing valve at the valve plate for releasing pressure in the whole hydraulic system.
Trial run and adjustment
▼Understand hydraulic and electric principle, machine structure function, operation adjustment method in the instrument, and carry out first inspection to safe guard devices.
▼Clean the machine. Wipe off all anti-corrosive oil and dust, especially the moving part, such as the four tie bars, and guide railway under the moving platen, etc.
▼After cleaning, please disassemble oil tank cover, then pour 530 L No. 46 or No. 68 wear resistant hydraulic oil into it.
▼Adjust of space between moving and fixed platens and mount of die moulding ----According thickness of the die casting to adjust mould thickness open distance, so measure thickness of the die-casting mould. Make the machine in die closing status, measure moving and fixed platen open distances directly, then adjust mould board distance .
