YSH66 66Tons hot chamber die casting machine is our newer die casting machine .The die locking force of the machine is 680Kn .The size of the die casting machine is 3900x1500x2000 mm .The dry cycle of the machine is 4s and for generally products ,the cycle time is about 7s .
The die casting machine can be set full automatic .And the main compoment of the machine including the die closing unit ,injection unit ,eject unit ,push off unit and the automatic detect unit .
The machine is equipped with automatic combustion furnace and electric furnace to be choosed by customer .The working power of the automatic combustion furnace is 220V, 50HZ, its power is 90W, and the speed is 2800rpm.The working power supply of the electric furnace is 380V, 50Hz and its power is 25kW.
