Last week ,there are two sets of die casting machine were exported to Uzbekistan .One set was 58T hot chamber die casting machine and one set was 180T cold chamber die casting machine.
The die casting machine was transported by rail instead shipping .So the requirment of them are diffrent .As the sea transportation is relatively stable, so the reinforcement method is relatively simple.But the rail transportation is relatively more unstable than sea transportatation so it must be reinforced in a more robust way. Our die casting machine is so larger machine that they should test deviation.
We strictly adhered to the requirements of the freight forwarding to reinforce the machine with wooden blocks and steel wires, so that the goods were shipped smoothly.
