Last week , the auto laddle ,the auto sprayer , auto extractor ,Granulator and maching machine for 280T cold chamber die casting machine be debugged .
The auto sprayer and the auto laddle are installed on the machine ,the auto extractor will be seperate to the machine .The granulator is used together with the auto laddle and its functio is cleaning injection plunger automatically . Also the maching machine will be together with the auto sprayer.
The pipe that contact with maching machine is 1 inch and a half and the press is more than 6 kg /m³.There is another pipe that connect the release agent and machinng machine .When working ,the granulator and maching machine and auto etractor will be connected by pipe .
The customer need the diesel furnace ,generally , for 280T cold chamber die casting machine ,it will need 350kg furnace .For hot chamber die casting machine ,if it will be equipped the diesel furnace , the smaller machine can equip the furnace directly ,but for the larger machine like 130T hot chamber die casitng machine or more then 130T die casting machine ,it will need a base .
All the auto equipments are debugged well and are ready to ship.
