Q: How long does the machine last without failing me?

Q: what's about installation?
A: Generally ,we have the instruction of installation .
After hoisting the main unit, the foundation bolts should be threaded through the bottom holes of the main unit. Place it on the right place and pour cement paste into the bolt holes on the bottom of the machine and lever up the machine base. After the cement has become hardened, tighten the nuts.
Q:I am afraid the machine will tilt when it will be shipped?
A:Regarding your concern about whether the machine will tilt, please know that we will do the specific fixing, and we will arrange the position according to the size and weight of the machine, so there is generally no tilt or movement.
Q：If we need you to our country to installation and trial the machine ,how about the cost ?
A:If you need us to installation and trial machine to your country ,you should bear the cost of airfare and business trip for $50 a day for our tec master,also the accommodation and meals .
Q: What the materials of tie bars and bush?
A: The materials of tie bar is 40Cr,and the bush of bars is ZQ Sn6-6-3.
Q: what parts of the lubrication unit will lubricate ?
A:it will lubricate the crankshaft mechanism of clamping mould .The program of moving platen is finished through injection rod drived by crankshaft mechanism.
