The vertical die casting machine can quickly die cast zinc, aluminum, magnesium, copper and other alloys. Structural features of vertical die casting machine:
1. The pressure chamber is placed vertically. After the liquid metal is poured into the pressure chamber, the gas is on the liquid metal, and there is less wrapped gas in the injection process.
2. There are many turning points in the injection pressure, which affects the pressure transmission. Especially in the pressurization stage, the pressure transmission is not sufficient because the orifice at the nozzle inlet is small.
3. It is convenient to open the central gate.
4. The length of the machine is relatively small, but the height of the machine is relatively high.
5. It is inconvenient to eliminate the fault when the liquid metal flows into the lower punch.
6. In the production operation, there are procedures to cut off the residual cake and lift out the cake, so as to reduce the production efficiency.
7. When automatic operation is adopted, the procedure of removing the residual cake from the top surface of the lower punch is added.
