1. Weight of die-casting parts: The die-casting machine can be selected according to the weight of the die-casting parts. Different die-casting parts require different die-casting machines.
2. Material of die-casting machine: The die-casting machine can be selected according to the material required for die-casting. The die-casting machine with different alloys such as copper, aluminum, magnesium, zinc, lead and tin can die-cast different materials.
3. Dimensions of die-casting parts: The die-casting machine can be selected according to the outer dimensions of the products to be die-cast. The clamping force of the die-casting machine = maximum projected area / shot.
4. Precision and internal quality of die-casting parts: The most important thing is to choose the die-casting machine according to the performance of the injection system. The injection system mainly has 4 parameters:
(1) Injection force: It is the power to push the movement of the injection piston. It is necessary to clarify the diameter of the injection cylinder and calculate the required tonnage of the injection;
(2) Start-up time of pressurization: the time period from the stop motion to the start of pressurization when the punch is idle, it should be less than 0.02s;
(3) Pressure-building time: the time taken for the pressure to reach the set value is also less than 0.02s;
(4) Pressurization time: The sum of the start time of the boost plus the build time is the boost time, which is less than 0.04s.
