Die casting machines are important equipment for producing die castings, and their quality has a significant impact on the forming and performance of die castings. To ensure the quality of the equipment is qualified, a series of inspections and tests are required. How to check whether the quality of the die-casting machine is qualified? Check whether the appearance of the die-casting machine is intact and whether there are obvious defects such as deformation, damage, or cracks. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the connections of key components such as molds, pressure systems, lubrication systems, etc. are secure, and whether there is looseness or leakage.

 

Conduct performance testing. Including the following aspects:

1. Pressure testing: Use a pressure gauge or sensor to test whether the pressure output of the die-casting machine meets the design requirements. By applying pressure to the specified value, observe whether the reading on the pressure gauge is stable, and record it for comparison.

 

2. Speed test: Test whether the opening and closing speed, spraying speed, etc. of the die-casting machine meet the design requirements. By setting the corresponding parameters and observing whether the speed during actual operation is consistent with the set value.

 

3. Control system testing: Test whether the control system of the equipment is flexible and reliable. Test whether various functions work normally by operating the control panel or computer interface, such as mold opening and closing, spraying, cooling, etc.

 

4. Temperature test: test whether the heating system or cooling system of the equipment works normally. By setting temperature values and observing temperature changes during actual heating or cooling processes, ensure temperature control accuracy and stability.
